Ivelisse Bishop

Ivelisse G. Castellano-Bishop is a native of Puerto Rico. She has two sons, an additional son and daughter, and a three year old grandchild. Both of her parents are retired UMC Elders. Ivelisse’s first career was financial analysis. Later she went back to school and earned a BA in Human Development and has worked as a social worker for over 15 years. In 2011, Ivelisse answered her call to ministry and joined the MDiv Program at Drew Theological Seminary, graduating in 2015.
